No, we do not offer same day results, but we are able to request Expedited Services for an additional fee, before your collection has reached the lab.
Any “Turnaround Times” depend on what type of test we have collected on your behalf & if all parties were able to be tested.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds, all testing must be paid in full before any lab processing takes place & are final.
Yes, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment we understand life takes place, but Platinum Medical & DNA Testing must be notified Within 24hrs of your appointment time or there will be an additional $88 charged to your account. If you reschedule your appointment within the 24hr window no charges will be applied.
Yes, we have a 5-minute “Appointment Time Grace Period” & must be accompanied with a phone call to Platinum Medicals main line 1.888.867.9867, otherwise a $50 late fee will be added to your account.
Yes, there is a down payment required of $100 to be paid before your appointment time.
No, We pride ourselves in providing privacy & a safe environment for all of our clients, We ask that only the parties being tested come to the appointment. If a child under 18 years of age is being tested 1 Adult with a valid Driver License or REAL ID must accompany them or the test can not be done
Each client must bring a valid Drv License/ REAL ID, school ID, Badge with your name & a clear picture visible to the appointment & we must make a copy of it to be placed in your Collection Bag being sent to our trusted Lab.
